Ruby came into Prismatica late in its life, just before an attack from a previously undiscovered underwater civilization known as Calanthe was made, leading to a depletion of powers and being forced to use gigantic fish-like machines to battle those who rose from the sea. During this time, Ruby would reunite with her friends and meet some new ones while getting used to her new abilities granted by this world, including the odd sexual drives that ran the world.

The next month saw everyone being haunted by their worst nightmares, leading to massive sleep deprivation while others sought to figure out what was going on. Sadly, Ruby would fall to this and, in her slumber, be attacked by a visage of Cinder Fall, showing that Ruby was still haunted by what she had done so long ago. Thankfully, others came to her rescue and saved her from the nightmare, which was being caused to her and others through the personification of Sloth.

The following month saw the personification of Gluttony take over Halloween, leading to Ruby accidentally becoming a vampiric-like creature seeking to drain others of their energy. She would corner one person and their encounter would lead to Ruby having her first… moment.

After a month of peace, the previous two personifications, along with four others, went on the assault, attacking everyone and everything in their wake before awakening the last of their kind. With the aid of the three gods of the planet, Ruby and the others sent to the world were able to finally calm the seven and bring peace to the planet once and for all. Ruby would obtain a crystal able to transport her back to Prismatica if she wished, but...

Personality: Ruby is a sweetheart with big dreams in a big and complicated world like Remnant. She dreams of being the kind of hero that she read and had read to her in storybooks, a knight in shining armor who will protect everyone. As Remnant is a lot more cruel than storybooks portray it, it makes Ruby come off as a little naive, if not childish. As the youngest of the group of friends comprising Team RWBY and JNPR, she’s probably the most reliable as the rest of them have terrible hang ups that rattle them at times. Of course, this attitude is always a rough thing, as she had a hard time getting Weiss Schnee, who she always considered her “BFF”, to open up to her more.

She has amazing leadership potential, showing this as early as dealing with the Nevermore, leading her future team in putting it down. Even when she’s leading a team not of her own, such as the remains of Team JNPR - Jaune, Nora and Ren - she can rally them together to deal with anything needed. As well, she’s shown to be something of a great listener, a person who can hear others’ needs and worries and reassure them and help them along, such as Jaune’s early inexperience due to how he got into Beacon and Penny’s revelation of being a robot and Ruby’s reassurance that it would not change anything between the two of them.

One of Ruby’s biggest flaws is the fact that she seems more and more like a Stepford Smiler. Ruby hasn’t had the greatest of lives - her mother’s disappearance and supposed death, the Fall of Beacon (which included the maiming of Yang, Blake’s disappearance, Weiss being dragged back to Atlas and the death of Pyrrha and the aforementioned Penny), her uncle Qrow’s near-death experience and Ironwood’s sanity slippage. The only time she has been shown to break down is when Salem confirms that her mother did die, supposedly by her hand. Beyond this, Ruby seems to not really have a chance to actually show most other emotions.

CRAU developments: In the world of Prismatica, Ruby's biggest change is the fact that she opened up to other people and is more... open to other affections. She's still the sweet and innocent goofball who wants to save the world, but she's not as innocent in the idea that she needs protecting from those sorts of things

Weapon Knowledge: Ruby is knowledgeable in various weapons and will happily get giddy at seeing one.

Weapon Building: Ruby is able to build weapons with her trademark weapon Crescent Rose being a prime example.

Aura: Aura is the manifestation of one's soul and the main weapon of all Huntsmen and Huntresses. Aura can be used in a defensive or offensive manner, a Spider-Sense-like sixth sense, healing, protection from the weather, activate Dust (special elemental-like crystals) and more. Aura can also be used to activate other's Aura provided they just have a soul.

Semblance: Semblances are a tangible power connected to a person, usually connected through one's personal traits. It is highly possible that if Ruby was able to unlock someone's Aura on the train, they, too, might be able to gain a Semblance, but this usually involves incidents that forces them into situations where it would be needed.

Ruby's Semblance is Petal Burst (or Speed). The exact mechanics of this are unknown, but according to Penny Poledena, Ruby essentially breaks down to a molecular level and moves at incredible speeds from one location to another. The speed of this is unknown, but while it makes her look like she's teleporting the RWBY/Justice League comic shows she's leagues (heh) behind Barry Allen in terms of speed. She is also shown to have a limited amount of flight in this form, but how much is unknown.

Silver-Eyed Warrior: Ruby is a rare type of person from Remnant, a warrior that bears silver eyes, the mark of great fighters. This is manifested in the ability to unleash bursts of light from her eyes, which can either stun, petrify or even disintegrate her target upon being struck. As the powers are drawn from the desire to protect and preserve, manifestations of creation, they work best on Grimm as they are manifestations of destruction. It's highly possible that Ruby can use this power to obliterate anyone with a strong enough desire to destroy.

Moonblessed: Though having left Prismatica, Ruby should be unaffected by this, the venture into the Void has changed this, reactivating everything. The Moonblessing is the effect that is granted by those brought to the world by one of the planet's three Gods. Those affected are able to generate a mysterious energy known as Chroma that was not only used to help fuel Prismatica, but are used by the Moonblessed as sort of a power source. To a Moonblessed, Chroma can be used to heal wounds among other things. If one can build a way to capture the energy, it can be used for other things as its power source. Chroma can be gathered through "Moonlacing" or consensual contact through any means - hand holding, hugs, kissing, more... carnal feelings.

Under the blessings of Cordis, Ruby has cat-like features including ears and a tail (which she has compared to being a Faunus like Blake), has supernatural speed and agility on top of what she can do, minor ice abilities and, embarrassingly, suffers from a bigger desire to eat and can release pheromones to attract people (though this one Ruby has under control)

Item: Crescent Rose, Ruby's trademark weapon. It's a "gun scythe" that can transform from a massive scythe weapon taller than she is or into a sniper gun ready to shoot down opponents. It also has a compact size that allows Ruby to hold in in the holster on her back of her usual outfits.

If not that, then her trademark red cloak.

So, Ruby here is a strange thing in terms of age. She starts out as 15, but since the series has no sense of time passage, it’s hard to gauge how long it has been and how old she is.

That said, because she’s still a teen, I’m putting up an Opt-In post for this game should you not want to do things with her! Just let me know below!

POWERS/ABILITIES:

Aura Aura is the manifestation of one’s soul, a mysterious power that anyone with a soul can obtain, even animals. In a sense, Aura are barriers that can protect the person with said Aura and other items within a small radius, including clothing and weapons. Aura can protect the user from falls, heal wounds, protect from extreme temperatures and other aspects. However, it is entirely possible for one’s Aura to fail and “break”, causing the user to be rendered “normal” for a time. It is possible for others to have their Aura “unlocked”, but it is unknown if Ruby knows how to.

Semblance Semblances are abilities derived from a person’s Aura. Not everyone with Aura can create a Semblance, however. Ruby’s Semblance is known as “Petals”, which she transforms into a flurry of rose petals and move at incredible speeds. The speeds are shown to be heavy gale-force winds, strong enough to sweep up people and slam them into walls. At least one hunter has expressed curiosity at this power, as it seems that there’s more to it, but nothing has been shown as of yet.

Silver-Eyed Warrior Ruby is one of a rare collection of people who bear special silver eyes. These people are known for their more aggressive desire to fight and the mysterious power they hold. So far, the only thing known about this power is the strange burst of energy that Ruby can unleash from her eyes. This mysterious light is powerful enough to maim humans and petrify Grimm. According to Maria, a former Silver-Eyed Warrior herself, this is tied to one’s emotions - the more calm and happy the person is in, the more control one has over this power and can use it safely.
